Tour Requirements

For everyone’s safety, all participants must meet the following requirements:
Zipline

  1.  Able to walk 10 mins uphill or on uneven ground, unassisted and without walking aids.

  2.  Sufficient mobility and strength to climb a 15-foot ladder unassisted.

  3.  Weight less than 270 pounds, as body weight affects the speed on the zip lines. Excessive speeds can result in accidents or injuries. (Children over 8yrs old, that weigh less than 75lbs, will zipline in tandem with a guide.)

  4.  Fit in the harness, helmet, and gloves in a safe manner as determined by the Head Guide.

  5.  Able to be on small platforms, 5 stories high, without experiencing excessive anxiety or reactions such as dizziness, fainting, hyperventilation, unresponsiveness, or vomiting.

  6.  Be at least 8 years of age. Anyone who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

  7.  Able to understand directions, and comply with all the rules. If guests refuse to comply with rules, they will be escorted off the tour and forfeit their booking with no refund.

Rappel

  1.  Able to walk 45-60 mins uphill or uneven ground, unassisted and without walking aids.

  2.   Weight less than 270 pounds. (Children over 14 years old, must be over 75 pounds.)

  3.  Fit in the harness, helmet, and gloves in a safe manner as determined by the Rappel Supervisor and Safety Officer.

  4.  Able to be 400 feet above base of waterfalls, without experiencing excessive anxiety or reactions such as dizziness, fainting, hyperventilation, unresponsiveness, or vomiting.

  5.  Be at least 14 years of age. Anyone who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no maximum age limit.

  6.  Able to understand directions, and comply with all the rules. If guests refuse to comply with rules, they will be escorted off the tour and forfeit their booking with no refund.

Waterfall Hike

  1.  Able to walk 45-60 mins uphill or uneven ground, unassisted and without walking aids.

  2.  Able to be 400 feet above base of waterfalls, without experiencing excessive anxiety or reactions such as dizziness, fainting, hyperventilation, unresponsiveness, or vomiting.

  3.  Be at least 12 years of age. Anyone who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no maximum age limit.

  4.  Able to understand directions, and comply with all the rules. If guests refuse to comply with rules, they will be escorted off the tour and forfeit their booking with no refund.

Hidden Falls Pool

  1.  Must be a strong swimmer.

  2.  Able to walk 15 mins uphill or uneven ground, unassisted and without walking aids.

  3.  Anyone who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Recommended for children 5 years or older. 

  4.  Able to understand directions, and comply with all the rules. If guests refuse to comply with rules, they will be escorted off the tour and forfeit their booking with no refund.
