Service Description

Xtreme Zip-line consists of 8 Zip-lines and 16 platforms. A detailed safety briefing and demonstration is conducted by certified tour & zip-line guides before the tour starts. Maintained nature trails link the platforms with not more than 5 minutes of hiking and a 5-10 minute water break. These trails take you into the forest and literally connect you to platforms that zip-line from mountain to mountain, with astonishing views of the deep valleys and gorges lined with streams and hidden pools below. Zip past waterfalls, over the rainforest canopy, and release the built-up adrenaline with each line completed. *Tour is offered on-site and starts with registration and pick up at the main office and drop-off at the main platform. *Please review the Tour Requirements page before you book this tour. Required Dress Code: Long or short pants, shirts preferable, good walking shoes (sneakers are great!) Mosquito Repellent is advised; sun hat and sunscreen when required. Price per person as a single activity. Premium tours are available outside the scheduled timeline once the minimum requirement is met. Kids 5-10 years will be assessed by Guides and will be able to Zipline as a Tandem Harness Ride with the guide. Minimum Weight to zip on your own: 80lbs. **Please bear in mind that guides will carry the last word with regard to physical abilities that may deem a person unfit for this tour. This also includes the ability for children to accept instructions or directions. Angel Falls Guide team will maintain safety standards at all times. All tours must be confirmed with payment prior to arrival once booked more than 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time to fill out your documents. If you arrive late and the tour has already started, you will have to wait for the next available tour time or forfeit your booking with no refund. Difficulty Rating: 3/5 Minimum 2 Guests *Participants must weight less than 270 pounds, as body weight affects the speed on the zip lines. Excessive speeds can result in accidents or injuries. (Children over 8yrs old, that weigh less than 75lbs, will zipline in tandem with a guide.) & must fit in the harness, helmet, and gloves in a safe manner as determined by the Rappel Supervisor and Safety Officer. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All tours must be confirmed with payment prior to arrival-once booked more than 24 hours in advance. Please arrive precisely on time for your tour to fill out documents. If you arrive late you will have to wait for the next available tour time or forfeit your booking. All tours must be confirmed with a credit card for security. At the time of booking- full payment will be charged per the total of the created invoice. Should guests cancel on their own- full penalty (no refund) will be forfeited if canceled less than 24 hours from scheduled tour start. If the tour is canceled 72 hours (3 days) or more from scheduled tour start, a full refund will be provided less a $20US processing fee. If the tour is canceled within 48 hours (2 days) or more from the scheduled tour start, a refund of 50% of the invoiced total will be provided, less a $20US processing fee. NO SHOWS will forfeit a refund of the entire invoiced total collected. Credit Card charging fees applied by your bank are out of our control- please check with your bank regarding any charges that are applied to your payment. The Waterfall Rappel Tours and any other water-related activity are dependent on safety. In cases where weather affects any of the adventures offered, Angel Falls is not responsible for any cancellations that may occur. Water levels can rise unexpectedly and very quickly and are not necessarily due to rain in the immediate area. Angel Falls is not responsible for any situations where a tour is canceled due to acts of God such as, but not limited to heavy rains, storms, hurricanes, flooding or any incident that is of natural occurrence. If possible, Angel Falls will recommend a tour alternative. Other Requirements: Some hiking is required on the Zipline Adventure (approximately 20 minutes of hiking for this tour). All visitors engaging in any activity on the property are required to fill out and sign waivers at the main office. Visitors are required to inform our staff of any health issues, medication or other issues before engaging on any adventure. Angel Falls Xtreme Adventures management can deny participation to any guest who is deemed unfit for any strenuous adventure.
